Cancellation Policy

Each massage session is prepared with great care — from preparing the space to setting the right atmosphere and energy for your individual needs. Your appointment time is held just for you, allowing both you and your therapist to arrive with presence and intention.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us time to adjust preparations mindfully and offer your spot to someone on our waitlist who may be seeking an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, will incur a €75 fee for individual sessions and 120€ for couples sessions and courses. This helps to honor the time, energy, and care that go into each booking. Missed appointments will be covered with 50% of the session fee.
