In our couples offerings, we are dedicated to opening spaces of possibility, depth and intimacy that are slow enough for you to soften into your body, to presence what is alive in each moment together with your partner and joyfully re-discover what is truly yours when it comes to intimacy, sensuality, pleasure and connection. There is so much more to Tantric Practises than exploring erotic intimacy or simply learning techniques. The true gems of this path lie in our willingness and capacity to stay in loving presence with the truth of each moment. It is a slow, spacious, soft, sensual and safe space to explore.
Oftentimes, emotional intimacy, relational honesty and depth, and a felt sense of safety oriented to your nervous system are missing foundations for shared pleasure that is lastingly nourishing, sustaining attraction and deep, heart-opening intimacy.

We are honored to support you in this journey in creating experiences and spaces for you to feel safe enough to meet yourselves deeply, to playfully discover new aspects of your aliveness and pleasure in your bodies and to gently melt and transform the armours, patterns of pleasing and conforming or relational habits that do not feel alive anymore - as well as anything else standing in the way of a living, breathing, soft and spaciously vibrant relationship life. Accompanying couples of all genders and all constellations for many years, one aspect has become universally apparent: Keeping a relationship intimately alive, vibrant, nourishing, heart-centered and truthful requires a good amount of dedication, courage, vulnerability, honesty, a readiness to meet death as an expression of love and sometimes... inviting support. Feel welcome to come as you are and to learn, deepen, re-discover the art(s) of intimacy together in a safe space. The invitation is to choose a deeper experience of trust and faith. One that is rooted in your body and in your heart.

Tantric spaces for couples are very individual. They live and breathe with your desires, your fears, your boundaries and your intentions in your relational life. No tantric journey for couples is like the other. There is a wide and spacious field of possibility: discovering intimacy practices, emotional attunement, relational safety, sensual exploration and erotic expression that is slow, grounded, heart-centered and truthful.

Private, individualized workshops - each personally adjusted to your relationship situation that can contain: Learning and practising elements of Tantric Massage together, Tantric Intimacy practices, Embodied Presencing tools, Repair and Honoring rituals, Archetypal & Polarity play, Tantric approaches of Dominance and Surrender, Sensuality Coaching and Building Capacity for feeling and intimacy.

In the workshops we a offering
white tantra, a safe space to explore sensuality, emotional intimacy,
heart connection and
subtlety both suitable for beginners
in Tantra and experienced.

A space for both partners to both receive a full tantric massage simultaneously in
a shared spacious room -
adjusted to your needs and boundaries as a couple.

Each partner will receive a massage with lots of spaciousness to slowly
connect and integrate
in the space together
after the massage.

A variation is the Ritual of 3:
One partner is receiving a
4-hand-tantric massage by your partner together with
a professional masseuse. Intimacy and heart-connecting practices
are shared only between you and your partner(s).

Longer formats that include either a long couples massage session for both partners or a guided 4-hand massage experience offered
to one of the partners by the other partner together with a professional masseuse.

FAQ Tantra for Couples

Questions...

"Is Tantra only
a practice for monogamous, heteronormative
relationships?"

No. Absolutely not.

It is a common misconception - probably arising from neo-tantric interpretations and polarity work, that only heterosexual or heteronormative relational settings in monogamous structures benefit from tantric practises.

Tantra welcomes all that is, welcomes you just as you are.
We are an organisation dedicated to Truth, Love and Presence, and those know neither societal norms, nor sexual or relational preferences.

You are welcome as you are, whether you have just met, are long-term friends, lovers, partners, play-partners. Whether you are in a closed monogamous setting, or exploring poly.
Whether you identify as any "..."-sexual, or none.

Feel welcome.

"Is partial
or complete nudity
required for the workshops?
Do I have
to be naked?"

No. Nudity is at no point a pre-requisite for Tantric practise. You might have the most touching, arousing, heart-and pelvis opening experience with yourself or with your partner while being
fully clothed and not even touching your partner.

Some say, 90% of the magic happens in the energetic space, in the space of "almost". While this is open for discovery, rest assured that you can be as clothed or as naked as you feel like in any given moment.

That being said, there is practices benefitting from skin to skin contact and partial nudity with your partner (oil massage parts, body to body contact, yoni/lingam worshipping, sensitizing)

You can choose how naked or clothed you want to be at any given moment. The facilitator will always be wearing underwear and a Lunghi.

"I'm feeling shy to enter such a space and to be witnessed
for the first time
by someone else..."

We are aware that this can be a tender and intimate step to invite your relationship into. Being witnessed in and of itself holds both magic and lots of vulnerability.
Rest assured that your boundaries at any given moment are respected and that you will have a choice how close or far - or if at all - you would like the facilitator to be.

Some couples really value learning by doing, learning in 4-handed settings where demos are offered for you to learn as you do the techniques alongside a professional. Some prefer to be guided only by words and keep touch exclusive to their relationship.

You get to choose. Any moment anew.

We do also practise communication, regular check-ins
and offer safety words such as pause and stop. You can always send us out of the room and call us back.

"Is my / our gender
identification
relevant?
Is Tantra really
only binary?"

Maybe you have noticed from the previous sections of the FAQ that Tantra is a very inclusive, non-judgmental practice. While some streams of Neo-Tantra and classical Tantra seem to interpret and rely on traditional gender roles, the essence of those archetypal energies goes far beyond binaries or clear biological demarcations.

We are considering gender expression as a spectrum of vast possibility and infinite creativity and unlearning your patterns and traditional gender roles can be quite liberating. You get to play with penetrative and receptive qualities, beyond your biological or social gender ideas, if you want that.

Yet, there is absolutely also no shame about fully and happily embodying certain traditionally ascribed gender qualities -
so whatever offers you the capacity to be present, to stay open, to be willing to be surprised and touched, might be right for you at any given moment.

We do offer these space also for marginalized folks and beings from the Trans-community, while also ackknowledging that this is a tender space to hold with care, accountability, curiosity and the willingness to learn and show up for repair if needed. "Do we need to have any knowledge or experience to
participate in the
workshops?"

Tantra used to be an iniatory path exclusive to those experienced in awareness-based practices and courageous enough to be initiated also by death, darkness and ritual. Dakinis could be quite gruesome in appearance, practice and setting.

That is not the case in modern lineages anymore. So, no pre-existing tantric knowledge or experience is needed for you to be able to savour some of its magic.

That being said, the willingness and courage to show up, come back to presence and love, again and again and the availability for depth that Tantra in its
all-encompassing nature offers naturally, might be helpful allies on the path. Same accounts for your willingness to connect with breath, sounding & movement.

Do I want to make myself available for that?

"Can the offers be extended or customized for our personal occasion,
location
and needs?"

Yes.

This is about your individual journey. So as long as your capacities and the boundaries of our practice allow for it, everything is imaginable.

We have done wedding anniversaries,
offered intensives in cities and retreat centers all over Europe, created super individual and customized journeys, that might include sensual fruit platters, rose
petal baths, sauna (if available), personal
playlists and rituals.

"Is this
an erotic
or sexual space?
How much permission
is there for Eros
to flow?"

Another common misconception of Tantra is, that it is only about erotic or sexual expression and practices. While
Tantra is inclusive and welcoming of these energies, they are by far not the only aspect of it. There is heart-centered intimacy, emotional practices, mediation and awareness building, breath work, voice activations, communication,
moving energy, archetypal work, polarity work and more...

So here is what this space is about: Eros, as a universal life force that flows through every living being is absolutely welcome. Your pleasure is welcome. Your sensuality is welcome. Your erotic expression and your juices are welcome. AND this is not a space to fully live all of that out. It is a non-penetrative, a non-fetish space and everything being practiced is devoted to Truth and Love, devoted to the power and wisdom of your heart(s).

You can always clarify further in the beginning of your sessions and are invited to be precise about your boundaries and which qualities you want to welcome for that time.
